Good value & friendly service. Ideal hotel and neat, perfect breakfasts, favourable location in the capital of the world. Exceptionally clean room, a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet in the room. Extremely comfy bed and superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff.

The location is good: 5 minutes from 'Policlinico-line B' metro station (2 stops from 'Termini' or 4 stops from 'Colosseum'); Services: the cleanness of the room is very good (every day) and the staff was very friendly; The breakfast was good with many choices
The room has extremely poor acoustics and we could hear noise from everywhere (rooms, corridor, windows)

The hotel was great. Rooms were cleaned every day and there was a kettle with coffee and tea. The breakfast was sufficient. The location was optimal only 5 min to the Metro. Supermarket and restaurant directly at the hotel within walking distance.
There were few sockets in the room. It was not possible to plug in the existing kettle directly at the table.

It is very clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable,in fact the room was very nice and roomy. Thank-you all staff!
I had no kettle to make coffee in my room and no terrace and only few channels on TV. Otherwise was very comfortable and have no complaints.

All in all, we were happy with our stay. The room was clean and the staff friendly and communicating well in English. We have chosen this particular hotel because of location allowing for quick access to the main attractions of Rome via metro. The hotel is in walking distance from the Policlinico metro station (but it is not in direct neighbourhood - reserve approx. 10 mins to get there). Breakfasts are ok, with choice of cheese, ham, scrambled eggs, milk, cereals, yoghurt, croissants, cakes and drinks.
Even though the breakfast menu is rich, it is a bit boring after a few days: you get exactly the same two kinds of ham and two kinds of cheese every day. Wireless Internet was free of charge, but the signal was too weak in our room, so I needed to sit with my computer in the lobby. We booked a non-smoking room, but the one we got was apparently for smokers (an ashtray in the room and a slight smell, which luckily was gone after we opened the window). But it seems majority of rooms in this hotel are for smokers, because on our floor we found only one door with 'non- smoking' sign.

Breakfast was very good, do not forget to ask for a fresh coffee, espresso or similar, it is excellent. Staff friendly throughout, family room very large, air conditioning quiet. Location to the subway about 5-8 minutes walking distance. The surroundings were unspectacular, but with inexpensive, good restaurants.
The elevator is very small, we walked most of the time. The bathroom was clean, but outdated.
